I think he gets a mention but it's more about the Democratic Party than a particular individual.

Very strange comment indeed in the context of the thread - isn't there a huge difference between discussing the history of a whole party with multiple historical references and facts and fixating on one individual for three or four years without any real substance to it ?

In fact, Bidens not really a very significant figure in all this. Other than attaching himself to a dubious party, it's not as if he's ever contributed much or has any chance of being elected.
