Please take a look here
Members of QAnon so devastated at Trump's demise they commit suicide.
Appalling.
I know Rossco was brainwashed by it and I suspect Eaststand was involved in some way.
Even before the last week, how anyone could have thought Trump would save the world....the point is made that cult leaders don't need to get all the followers in a place like Waco or Jonestown any more. They can do it through the internet.
Absolutely evil

What if rossco and eaststand went the same way?
Every cloud and all that.
What if you read about Rossco and Eaststand going that way and out of grief caused you to do the same ?
Every cloud and all that.
You can only live in the world you know. The rest is just wishful thinking or paranoia.

I wouldn't want anyone to do that, especially for something so deranged.

It would appear that QAnon is quiet. Figuring out how to keep their millions of people on side where the latest and biggest of their predictions has failed.

This was exactly it.
And he was posting stuff about it last summer, all day and night long. Every morsel they dropped for these deluded people, they seized on. And if you tried to point out the massive holes in it, and the interim predictions which one after another failed to come true, YOU were part of the problem.
They were completely brainwashed, but they thought WE were.
For me the idea that TRUMP was a warrior for decency and justice was so ridiculous that it failed right there. There could hardly be someone less suited for that role.
But they aren't done yet. It commanded too much influence, and made too much money, for them to walk away. They will be busy now coming up with some even more preposterous explanation of what has happened, and millions of the followers will be relieved to consume it.
Anything but face reality.
It's really quite simple.
Trump was always going to lose. From 2018 when he made the House elections a test of his popularity, and lost, the signs were there. Those he had promised help to woke up. Women walked away. His approach to civil liberties ensured more minorities registered and voted than in decades. His treatment of Covid entirely in terms of its effect on HIM cost him millions of votes.
It showed in all the polls from spring onwards.
Although he claimed not to believe them, he tried to hedge his bets by his sabotage of the USPS, his attempts to find dirt on Biden, and his bullying of the GOP. He assured people that if he lost, it MUST be fraud.
When the vote happened, his massive ego was so fragile he simply could not process reality. So he determined, not for the first time, to invent another reality. And failed.
Does anyone seriously think that in 61 court appearances, often in front of judges HE appointed and he assumed owed him favours, that if there was evidence, the courts would have listened? In the end the judges got pissed off with the unsubstantiated nonsense. In the end it got so bad Giuliani is likely to lose his law licence for his behaviour.
In the end it was simple for Biden. Sit tight and let Trump dig his own grave.
