Any side which thinks Maguire is the diamond in defence has work to do.

He’s not playing though so United fans could say he is one. Personally, I think he’s got the turning dexterity of a decrepit oil tanker but still.Hillman avenger wrote: ↑Thu May 13, 2021 9:27 pm Any side which thinks Maguire is the diamond in defence has work to do.

They were fucking rank at the back. The fact that McGuire seems to be their defensive lynchpin should be a worry for United fans
A joyless arsehole.

Woo-hoo! Put my name in the ballot for a ticket for the last Villa home game of the season against Chelsea and was successful. Bit of a nothing game really but I’ll be there.

If like Neville they find him so important it shows the standard of defending they aspire to.
Maguire was caught up in the aftermath of the VVD transfer, and Leicester ( you can't blame them) chanced their arm at £80m and got it.
He is average at best. Not very mobile and poor distribution.

It could still prove to be important for West Brom to finish above Fulham in 18th place.
You never know, there could be a case of financial irregularity on one of the clubs above us.
Fingers crossed.
