Can a handicap system not be put in place? Like doing a pile of ironing beforehand or something?

Sort of agree with that and commenters who posted similar or that parents should pull them out. Then replies that it's not their fight and they are running for potential scholarships and it's the adults who enable this to happen that need to sort the shit out which is also true. But it is their fight if their future is affected. Ha at walking off on his own with no congratulations from any competitors. Anyway, the clip was taken down but here again:
