It isn't the Conservative party logo, that looks like something a 7 year old would draw.

Looks like something that Susan Hall could have drawn.

Good bit of detective work here on this Ulez story, showing the DM up for what it is:

Mmmm...I'd have thought using a tree logo is a bit enviro hugger nut zero for them.

The Tories are so desperate now , after their success lying about ULEZ, they have tried another
https://bylinetimes.com/2024/04/09/cons ... oter-data/
yet again they minimise as far as possible any indication it's a Tory party leaflet, and harvest voter data from the "petition" to stop something that wasn't going to happen anyway.

The truth is it is going to happen, it has been planned for the last few years by Khunt.

Just search Project Detroit, Khunt has a history of saying one thing and doing the opposite, he told us he wouldn’t expand Ulez, then did it.

Probably a Labour government, as the Tories won't be back in charge for years

ULEZ was never about reducing congestion anyway. Poor show though.

It doesn't matter what people say or do, your mind is made up.
He didn't choose to expand ULEZ. HE WAS TOLD BY SHAPPS THAT HE HAD TO DO IT or they would stop money for LT.

In fairness, it looks like ULEZ expansion wasn't a demand imposed on Sadiq Khan. It was something he wanted to do. Not that I opposed his plan anyway.

https://fullfact.org/online/ulez-expansion-letter/

Government funding agreement did not force Sadiq Khan to extend ULEZ to cover all of Greater London

...This expansion was first proposed by Mr Khan in 2018, before the funding agreement, and was ultimately implemented in October 2021 after having been included in his re-election manifesto earlier in the year...

It was a condition set by this government to extend it to the North and South Circular roads.
If it went further than that, I don't know if that what Khan's "obsession" or him being told by planners it wouldn't be practical to start it at those points.
It remains that it was started during Johnson's time as mayor and while there was this government.
In September 23 a study showed that 95% of cars in the area were ULEZ compliant anyway.
