He'd had served longer than some rapists, some death by dangerous driving cretins, kiddie fiddlers etc. All for hurty words that a suing session would have sorted.
Classic whataboutery.
His sentencing was in line with the guidelines. The sentences for other crimes and offences are nothing to do with it.
then the guidelines are stupid. He's been hit by a double whammy of both a criminal conviction and being hit in the civil courts for claims. The irony? This will force him to come out and do the same again as he made money from it first time round. Different targets yep.

And the fact that he still is in a cat C when he's about as tough as George from Rainbow is fucking disgusting and heaps on to the point - he's there for political reasons not for justice.
He made a women's life miserable because the BBC sacked him, he gets what he deserves.
Nope. Wasn’t found guilty of that. Jeremy Whine an elitist got upset. That’s all.
He stalked four people, two of them have protection orders against him. It's interesting how many people defend stalkers - each to their own
I guess.

You are defending someone who criticises a theater. Someone who works at that theater defends it on twr so Bellend posts pictures of his wife and child on the internet and starts to hassle his parents. You defend that.

Nope. Wasn’t found guilty of that. Jeremy Whine an elitist got upset. That’s all.
He stalked four people, two of them have protection orders against him. It's interesting how many people defend stalkers - each to their own
I guess.
Was he standing behind them? Was he opening their mail? Was he following them to work or the shops?

Hurty words isn't stalking. The law isn't an arse on this, but a complete cunt.
Your defending someone who chooses to make other people's lives a misery and stalked them, that's on you.
and as usual Vespa you aren't reading you are just assuming.
His sentencing notes are here - https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/upl ... 160922.pdf

This guy harassed not only the people he was prosecuted for but their children, parents, partners and friends. You support his actions.
Quite. Going out of your way to defend a serial stalker is very odd behaviour.
As for the "hurty words" stuff, I would love to know if Shivah would adopt the same position if a friend or family member was targeted in the same way.
He sends one women 150,000 emails. When blocked he just made another account. Shivah defends that.
Wow in 20+ years online, I'd struggle to send 50,000 emails never mind 150,000...mind blowing
I wonder if he used a robot.
Itchy chin

then the guidelines are stupid.

You are getting into trolling territory here......
No, he's not. He's merely pointing out that you're going out of your way to defend the behaviour of a convicted serial stalker.
Nope. Just saying it's a ridiculous situation where "hurty words" on the internet are called stalking now.

What next? Saying "I wish someone was dead" and you are arrested for attempted murder?
