Why don’t you go with someone? Meeting Americans on holiday is an awful experience.
Most of my friends have family commitments . I might go to america for my 40th. Visit some national parks or possibly go skiing
Tag along with them and their families. I’m sure they’d be accommodating. Just tell them you’re coming.

What the fuck are you talking about?
You should know, you told the tale. Unless there's another Kancutlawns cutting about....that's not an impossibility, to be fair.

You’re making things up now just to satisfy your titillating fixation. Utterly bizarre.

God help me, Lawnsy I swear it was one of your unreliable tall tales years ago which you posted for a bit of fun.
Surely somebody else remembers it.

Look Bas, I know I left myself open when when I recalled 1. I went to San Francisco 2. I was walking alone 3. I walked in a notoriously seedy area consisting of gay bathhouses but honestly I didn’t walk that far. It was one of my rather less celebrated or perhaps one of my more celebrated moments.

But you are right.

I visited Japan by myself a few years ago and spent the first day by myself before meeting friends, one of whom flew from Taiwan, the following few days. I enjoyed it despite finding customs a bit daunting. The flights to London were fine. I sat next to a boomer couple from Stoke-on-Trent during the second flight. Lol.

Travelled from New Orleans to Las Vegas in 2002. About four or five weeks by myself driving from motel to motel. Loved every minute. Was supposed to finish with a Mayweather fight when he was an up and comer at Mandalay Bay but when I got there the fight was cancelled. Ah well.

Sounds great, puddin, shame about the fight though.

Unfortunately, no, due to a bukakke shortage. 🤭

I felt sorry for the bloke. He was about 6'5 ft tall..Spent much of the time standing up. Long-haul flights are awful tbf..

Probably if you're that tall. Can't say I mind long haul.
