Funnily enough, talkSPORT have decided to follow his model. I saw a clip of some tS sap outside a ground interviewing fans after a game. Even today they had a regular contributor to DRSports (Flex) co-hosting a show with Jason Cundy from BoxPark Wembley.

So after years of tS turning their nose up and ridiculing Robbie Lyle, it seems he was ahead of the game when it comes to covering sports you don’t have the rights to.
