15 minute cities were a normal concept for much of human history. People tended to do their work, custom and socialising within a close distance from their homes. Only with the advent of the motor car has urban sprawl truly spin out of control with some American cities being little more than glorified parking lots.

Simplifying things so that public and commercial amenities be available at closer distances to ones home, reducing dependency on the motor car, is a good thing.

Could it possibly the man who has spent 3 years riling up idiots with election fraud stories, not one of which has had any substance? Who encouraged thugs to try to overthrow the democracy, when his attempts to defraud it failed, oh and along the way endorsed their hope to murder his VP? Who persistently bigs up the private armies? Who tried to use the army to put down protest and subsequently suggested he should have his head of armed forces executed? Who has no defence against any of the criminal charges lined up against him, so who threatens witnesses, justice officials and jurors?
So who hopes that a mob will free him?

Of course not . It must be the man who (allegedly ) showered with his daughter. Who will be amused to learn that when Putin invaded a neighbour, he should have just sent him a greetings card? Whose economic outcomes even the Republicans are now admitting will be hard to contest.
