Women probably could and should play five sets but there's no room for it in a tournament schedule and it's the men's game that really brings in the coin.
Tennis has the smallest gender pay gap in sports, and when they both play 3 sets matches they should get the same but not for slams in my opinion.

If someone works longer hours or does more work than someone else doing the same job, then they should be paid more. There is also a decent argument about the quality of men v woman in tennis.
I get your point, but someone working longer hours doing the same job could be doing so because they're inefficient/undersigned...so a bit of a skewed comparison imo.

wimmins tennis is genuinely good, i would like to see 5 sets, u see the ebb and flow of energy levels and more of an even game

serena would not have dominated as much with 5 sets

I had a diamond patterned version which made me look like a golfer wearing Lyle & Scott. Was Lendl ever sponsored by Tacchini? Could've sworn I had one of those or maybe I'm getting my tennis player brands mixed up.

Oh those were the heady days of the sport's casual.

"Loser" Raducanu.

Come on Adrian, have the courage of your pretend convictions! Abuse her in the same way you abused Laura Robson.
He won't, though, because he doesn't give a flying fuck about tennis, really, as we all knew.

Think that was the one Lendl and Edberg wore, definitely Adidas.

7-6 6-2. Simple enough in the end for Radders after an iffy start and a good win against someone who reached the Aussie semis. Wrist still playing up though.
