Jeepers! Twenty three pages in and it’s still having to be explained what Lineker tweeted. Will this madness ever stop?

He knew exactly what he was implying, and he no doubt remembered that Gaunt got sued for calling someone "a Nazi". He lawyered his way round it.

Didn't get him anywhere though, did it? Despite the effort of Shami Shami Shami and one of the most high profile yuman rights lawyers in the country taking his case all the way to the hight court in the land, even had talk of taking it to the ECHR.
Gaunt did trumpet that when he won his case, and he was confident he would, he would take TS for every penny they had, in the end it must have cost the lawyer a pretty penny as I reckon he did it on a no win no pay basis, after all, Gaunt, for all his high living, didn't have the amount of dosh the case would have cost someone paying out of their own wallet.
