You went for the Hamburger, Frankfurter route.

Rookie mistake.

Though PSV Eindhovis makes up for a lot.

Fancy pronouncing a city the way people from that city do, rather than the way a neighbouring country who invaded them do

I've never called Rome 'Roma' or Munich 'Munchen' or called the capital of France 'Paree' regardless of whether they've been invaded or not.

I don't base my pronunciation on the sensibilities of the likes of the fucking BB fucking C.

That's not the same, though. "Kiev" isn't an anglicised version of the name; it's the Russian name for the city, so it's fairly understandable why people in countries other than Russia should now refer to the city by its own name.
And I've absolutely no idea why you've chosen to shoehorn a dig at the BBC into your post.

No one here, even since its 30 odd years of freedom from Russia, ever called it "Keev" until the Russian invasion. Whether the inhabitants said that or not.
Then the Western media complex suddenly decided its 'Keev'.

I don't see any cockernees taking issue with the frog eaters calling our benighted capital Londres.
