Arctic Monkeys not really getting the crowd going.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

Glastonbury is Britain's Coachella. Few people care these days.

Yeah, quite a lot of lulls in the set. His voice and stage persona starts to grate after a while

Whilst I didn’t mind their last two albums. Nobody really wants to hear any of those songs at a festival. Just play the hits

Glasto is overrated in every sense possible. I don’t think it lives up to the hype.

That's fine, but I think it's daft to say "few people care" when 100,000+ tickets are snapped up in just a couple of hours.

I wouldn't walk to the bottom of my drive to watch most of the dross.

The most middle class festival in the world.

There's truly about 5 acts I'd pay to watch.
The rest is fucking dross.

It's great, at least half of it is not really for me but that's it's great strength.

When I see those main acts on the pyramid and all those people watching hundreds of metres away it fills me with utter dread. Not necessarily the acts themselves but the experience and with over 50 + other stages a fraction of which are covered by TV you can pick and chose. The TV experience is not really representive of the experience festival goers have but it's what get's publicised.

I don't think the acts are as good as they were 20 years ago. Also, the site itself is too big.

Pray for Castle Cary station workers this week! 🤣

+1

Glasto-goers: "Oh, Jeremy Corbyn!"
Also Glasto-goers: I paid thirty quid for a "I've been to Glastonbury" t-shirt and spent hundreds of pounds on food and drink this weekend. I love socialism!
