All countries. Think of each country as a corporation who want to consolidate their position in the market and advance their business. Given the economic situation of most countries it could be said the world is run by some pretty shit businessmen.

Indeed, so I don't know why Obama gets so much stick.

The main point of my post was that the CIA* have been a powerful organisation for a long time they're not about to allow some new guy to suddenly start changing things without their approval. It's the same all over the world though. Kim Jong Un might be a nice guy for all we know but he couldn't suddenly make drastic changes because of all those old guys who've held powerful (and profitable) positions for decades.

*Or substitute any other powerful organisation in the USA if there's a more suitable I've overlooked.

According to reports his orders are being ignored.

I first read this on a non mainstream website some time ago. Now the Daily mail and co are running it as though they were the first to discovered it. In fact, they seem to get most of their news from the likes of Twitter themselves these days.

We could witness the Second American Civil War this century.
I suggest placing the whole Government and Senate in the hands of the Native Americans.

I note what could be described as the 'tea party' critique of appears to be in vogue in this thread. There are obvious parallels with the critique of politics over here oft promoted by the likes Farage and UKIP's merry men and indeed elsewhere in Europe. Isn't that a remarkable coincidence conspiracy lovers two separate countries, separate and very different political systems, thousands of miles apart and yet somehow the very same critique.

The Tea Party and UKIP both movements purporting to be grass roots movements yet funded by the wealthy elite who supposedly they are against. It's the same right wing shit as ever policies benefiting the few very well marketed to the gullible many!

Err wake up people or summat.

Agreed.

UKIP funded by people who have previously funded the Conservative Party. Tea Party funded by the Koch brothers. The idea that either of them are grassroots movements is laughable.

Out of interest, does Alex Jones have anything to say about the sinister meddling of the right wing, multi billionaire Koch brothers in US politics?
