Their new album the ballad of Darren is out. I liked the great escape at the time . The universal is their best song

Oasis came up with a few more anthems but in terms of variety and body of work, no contest.

Alex James was no TV the other week doing the promo, he looked high on cheese.

Their music was pretty dull and dreary twenty five odd years ago. Liked Parklife and Country House as Albarn excelled in taking the piss out of society. Song 2 was OK too. That was about it really.

Allbran is/was equally punchable as the manc gonks. All of them are satanists, as is everyone in the music "biz"

Mmmm, well 13 circa late 90s was their most experimental and punkiest. You could call some of their tracks dull but the likes of Tender is a classic imo.

Any sane person liked Blur and Oasis just as much as each other. That whole Vs. thing was just a tabloid hype thing.

A few dull anthems that tickled a generation perhaps but they were tiresome then with their faux r&r attitude and tbh they've done very little since to change my mind.
