I heard that, and he went from normal-voice-reasonable to foaming-mental-fucking-cunt in about ten seconds.
Minus points for not saying "great show as usual", so he won't be invited back. Let's hope so, anyway. How dreary if he were "a character", phoned-up on a nightly basis as "Mental Matt".
