Wonder if there's room for them in that battle bus that definitely wasn't bought with stolen party funds and was mysteriously found parked on the drive of Sturgeon's MIL.
Curious that Mhairie Black is disappearing. When she was elected, she got plenty of praise, and plenty of 'future leader' stuff.

Happy to be corrected but going by their looks alone, about six or seven are over 65 but lets call it an even ten about the same as the labour contingent.

As far as I can find 28 of the Tory MP's who are standing down are aged between 50 and 60, of those aged over that 8 are 65 and over, 4 are aged 70 and over, 4 are 75 and over and one is 64, the remaining are aged between 30 and 50.

Of the Labour MP's standing down 9 are 60 and over, 5 ae 70 and over and 3 are over 80

I cant be arsed to feck about with all the others standing down.

I watched Kemi on the TV this morning, not sure she's the answer to Starmer.

Not sure why they are dragging out the election.

Andrew Mitchell making a valiant effort in trying to justify the governments stance on not condemning Israel's war crime in the deliberate starvation of the population of Gaza.

Just what will it take for the government to say that Israel is doing wrong and has gone a whole lot farther than 'a tooth for a tooth'.

Perhaps a government not completely aligned with the U.S will break cover soon, don't hold your breath.

Sunak's 5th Pledge - stop the small boats. Not working too well still so a drastic change in border policy has just been announced. In the DM so don't shoot the messenger.

Border Control officers are to be replaced by GP surgery receptionists.

There is now not a cat in hell's chance that immigrants will get in.

Good one Zambo, one thing for sure, at least they would every bit of personal information out of 'em before saying, 'no appointments available, just keep ringing in case of a cancellation'

You say that, but I was out in a swan shaped pedalo at Shibden Park last weekend and some fuckers in a tactical patrol boat machine gunned me. Completely ruined my new trainers wading back to the edge of the pond :smt013

It wasn't always like this but during and post covid seems my surgery have got their shit together...

They have a call back system when trying to make appointments so you're not hanging on forever.
Anything quite serious and you can usually arrange a call back from at least a locum the same day.
Can also submit a non urgent request to the surgery via Patches.
Order meds/repeat prescription through Patient Access app.
