Saffers in trouble, de Kock gone. SA 8/2.

Covers now on at all the 4s, 44/4. Not sure what the minimum overdraft is for DLS.

Both sides must bat 20 overs for a match.

Cricket is supposed to be played on grass and not dirt, and that gives the batsmen an enormous advantage over the bowlers.

Looking more interesting now. Would love to see the Aussies on the next flight home.

Been about fifty odd matches over the course of a month with about four excitingly close matches and one winner with its name on the trophy since the first couple of games. The rest of the tournament has just been a procession.

The authorities can get fucked with the batting friendly wickets, sterile atmosphere and format of the matches.
Is tricky for England fans to criticise the tournament because it looks like sour grapes, but I agree that there have been very few memorable matches.
Great to see Afghanistan make their mark, and Aus/NZ game was a cracker, but pretty lacklustre other than that.
Both England and the tournament have been dire. Way too many one sided games.

Semis were already sorted. India v New Zealand on Wednesday and South Africa v Australia on Thursday which will hopefully be a cracker.

Read something that unlike 2019, where C4 got the final last minute, C5 already have an option on the final from the final from Sky. I'd imagine they'd still take it up if India get there due to the large Indian population here. Unlike the England highlights which were supposed to be on at 7pm but dumped to the early hours due to shiteness.
C5 are showing the final tomorrow.

Aussies stuttering at 51/3 chasing 241.

Smith out LBW should have appealed as it was not hitting.

I note with interest that the dropping of pant left bumrah rather exposed, resulting in a somewhat brown wicket
