As far as I can make out Sweden is twice the size of the UK with about a sixth of the population of the UK. Now, there are many who would say, they have the space so let them in.

Seems that Germany also has tabloids that only exist to whip up their readers into a frenzy under the pretence of caring about the country but in reality are actually only interested in clicks/shares/sales

That article is eight years old and the Swedes went from having a completely open door policy to what they were obliged to take in. Besides the fact that 50% of Sweden is mostly uninhabitable, space or population density doesn't have a great deal to do with a countries ability to absorb and integrate people otherwise they'd be getting sent to Greenland.
