It’s a known problem where those who have “the power” treat everybody else like shit.

The most recent payment failed to process as the host uses card payments and the card I use to pay for the site uses 3d payment security which doesn’t work great with unattended auto payments.

Then they failed to warn me of the missed payment and after a few days throttled the site connectivity. And then they suspended the account which took the site off completely.

So thanks to zambo for alerting me and to Alex for the assistance as everybody else for various support.

I'm still getting the 'general error' but at least it's gone down to 2 attempts to log in instead of 4
But, as the actress said to the bishop, keep trying and we'll get there in the end.
