The Primaries in each state are all run under slightly different rules, and in New Hampshire "undeclared" voters are an important part of the process. Right now she's appealing not only to the anti-Trump Republicans, but to the Anti-Biden Democrats. It makes perfect sense in this specific Primary, because she doesn't have to win it, but get a greater percentage of the vote than expected, thus obtaining "momentum".

It's drab Biden vs lunatic Trump.

Biden wants to play against Trump. His achievements in office have been played down. But he sits and waits while Trump makes bad calls, especially in his court cases, and the GOP lose their conspiracy games and begin to realise they risk losing the House and the Senate both.

They are sitting on a big dossier to go against Trump on cognition. Trump, despite what you believe, is showing greater signs of confusion than Biden, and they can document it. It's about timing. Sad that it's an issue for either.

Then the court cases. There will be delay upon delay, but Trump will be convicted in Georgia. I think he seriously hopes a mob would release him; he is that crazy. Rather than show he has any defence he continues to abuse the process and players, and will run out of road.

Biden has lost few voters. Trump's support is deeper than last time but narrower.

My money now -but it's 9 months-would be on a narrow Biden win, and yet more fraud claims from Trump

I don't think Biden is getting involved much anyway.
He is happy for the agencies to get on with it.

It's almost a look-alike for 2020 and 2016. Trump is looking for issues he can inflate and prevent being solved before he might get into office.

Biden is doing a really slow burn. I think he is expecting Trump to self-destruct which as it stands is a decent bet.

The GOP is riven now. They are already undermining the Speaker they got after McCarthy, even though it took 6 goes to get him in office. 6 Reps have resigned already and a Trump endorsement is starting to feel like getting the Black Spot.
There is a real danger they will face Biden in the White House and both Houses with a Democrat majority.
