What a jaundiced view, you could have made the same comment about Marcus Smith, born in the Philippines but plays for England.
Lynagh was born in Italy and has an Italian mother, he qualifies through birth and parentage, same as Tommy Allan, born in Italy and Italian mother.

Oh I know all the teams are full of people not actually born in the country they play for. As I say, joke. Joke insofar as the branding. Just name the teams like they do in other sports ... ie: 'The Storm' or other such generic bullshit names marketing companies come up with.
