Eleven short stories. 6 in Gaelic, 2 in English, 2 in both and 1 in Scots and Gaelic. Mostly around World War II, Islanders struggle in Glasgow, Scots moving to Canada, unemployment, and life in general.

Half-way through and very nice. Hope they are translated in to English at some point.

Posting a pic here is like wanking off a ant :x
Is wanking an Ant off easier without Sweep on your hands? :? Anyway, what did you think of 'The 39 Steps', Ms Minisooms?

Anyway again, could have posted this in the 'Today I Bought' thread but as will read the three biogs this week, can go here. At a booksale today, got all four hardbacks for £12, could not resist Stanloi's which I'll start first tonight:

Bobby's biog seems to have mixed reviews on Amazon.

Have a long distance fascination with Iran, so this as well:

Is the Stanloi book the one where he talks about Kirsty Gallacher and chocolate fingers, Carlos?

No tales of the crisp thief, Higgins.

Indeed, Zippy. Page 46 of the hardback. Oh Kirsty, Kirsty: :P
She was an incredibly sexy and sensual woman. That first night, she did a few things with some Chocolate Fingers that have stopped me looking at them in the same way since. And even though she seemed shy in some ways, she wasn't averse to experimenting with different things in the bedroom.
She could have only put them in arse or puss and then to mouth. Not the seediest thing ever, but hey seeing Gallagher doing it renders it a more titillating tale. :P

Still err reading it, time and that so full review later.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

Like Kirsty, I'm not averse to experimenting with different things in the bedroom.

Anyway, bought this in a charity shop for £1.40, published 2015, love a bit of Holmes, not always sure of new renderings, but gonna start tonight, Stanloi can hold fire for a bit:
