Web Browser Vulnerabilities

Anybody using Chrome or Firefox browsers should look at this page. What they say is true and could allow you to be vulnerable to phishing sites.

I still use Mosaic. Thankfully. Thanks for the heads-up though.

Cheers for this info.

I read it last night and being a Firefox user put it right sharpo. I expect an almost immediate update from Mozilla which just alters one solitary preset preference that takes about 30 seconds to do manually.

Had a pop-up with the Chrome logo and a message "Critical Update required" and an all-too convenient button to click.
Far too helpful to be genuine.
Be wary. The real Chrome automatically installs updates when needed,after it is installed originally.
