Getting Logged Out
Anyone else experiencing being logged out when you try to make a post, then when you log back in you are taken to the thread you were making the post on but your post has disappeared. Getting it on two devices.

Re: Getting Logged Out
Spoke to Mark, he will have a look. It's intermittent. Sometimes the post works, other times it takes me back to log in screen and the post is lost. So before hitting submit, I copy text and then paste it if I get logged out. (like it happened with this one).

Re: Getting Logged Out
Were you logged in on both devices at the same time and were they both running the same browser? The SSL certs have just been updated which may be connected with the issues you are gettting. We also changed the nameservers a couple of days ago too.
I have cleared all the cache data on the server so that potentially helps but you may need to delete cookies on your browser and if you are using more than one device delete from all before logging back in.
Thanks!

Yep, still a pain, thought it was OK now bit just got dumped out after posting this.Sid Pervcat wrote: βSat Apr 16, 2022 8:52 am Yeah, getting on me tits now..
Happening pretty much every post
Have to copy post now and then paste it when I log in again, otherwise I'm having to keep typing the same post over and over.
Just tried logging out on two devices, then clearing board cookies, and then logging back in, but still same.

Re: Getting Logged Out
Weirdly, every time I clicked on the website up until recently, I would have to log in (ie even though I wasn't deleting cookies etc, it didn't log me in automatically, but my username and password did show up in the boxes), but in the past few days, the site remembers my login and logs me in automatically.

Re: Getting Logged Out
Are you sometimes getting 'submitted form is invalid' when you try and log in, then second go is OK?
The biggest pain is when you type a post, then hit submit and you get logged out as you lose the post unless you copy it before hitting submit, then paste it when you log back in.
Strange also why some appear to be affected and not others.
