I alerted mark to these problems starting 3rd June which ran on to July 9th via text. He said he was going to try and fix both the ssl cert problem and the PM issue. Chased him asking for update and have heard nothing since.
Will try him once more. Unfortately neither Carlos nor myself have the necessary access to resolve these problems, nor the knowhow.
