Outlook Email

Post by VeritasVincit »

BT internet email is stopping shortly and we have to move to outlook. I've use BT for decades with no problems.
But I've done as instructed transferred my email to Outlook and after sorting it out it's working for me.
Except.
All emails are getting the wrong time stamp. They get a US time, 8 hous different.
I keep changing this back to GMT and all e-mails change.
But
The net time I check emails they have gone back to the US time.

Any suggestions as to have make a change to GMT permanent - bear in mind that my computer knowhow is firmly set in the 1970's ! So very basic step by step would be appreciated

Check your time zone settings in Outlook by opening Outlook, clicking the File tab, selecting Options, and then Calendar.
