Are there rules for food banks now ?
If fucking social workers and other government functionaries were doing what they're employed to do with the money they're given to do it, there wouldn't be any need for food banks.
I've been known to donate quite a lot of stuff to food banks, but only if the collectors can assure me that it will be given out freely without some socialist bastard lording it over the recipients and using it as a tool to dominate them and make them feel bad.
There are local organisations here run by ex servicemen and the like who do it out of genuine Christian love for people and don't involve social workers or other such scum in the process.
If some poor bastard needs to ask for help then as far as I'm concerned they'll get it as long as I can help and within the limits of what I can do, they can have what they want rather than what some little shit wants to dole them out. Tell you another thing too which will make you wet your pants - we give them fags too !

People (including the working poor and a lot of ex armed services people) resort to food banks as a result of redundancy, lowering wages, job insecurity, rising living costs. Not because they have "sky television". They have no other choice. It is a near state of penury.

Soon when Brexit and Tory austerity conspire to finish you off, we'll all laugh as you scrape for survival and get told to piss off and stop being a scrounger taking other people's money.

Whatever the true position, there is no way we can describe ourselves as poor.

What we do have is an enormous range in wealth, and I will save R24s the bother of telling me that is because I am jealous of "people who have succeeded". For the reasons that (a) I am not in the slightest jealous, and very happy with what I have achieved and earned; and (b) because wealth is not necessarily earned.

It is, for me, indefensible that in a country of our wealth, people who work still need food banks.

Anyone is deluded if the believe that no one abuses the welfare system, and that really is what he was saying. Some who go to food banks do smoke drink and have Sky TV, and some that do are in genuine need of support. It's the way of the left though, if anyone dares to speak out about the parasite scum in our society, the haters attack them, often in the childish way they did in this programme.

I think he said vast majority, which was clearly an exaggeration, but he's entitled to say what he thinks. People could have simply disagreed and said why instead of heckling and booing, which turned the studio into a nursery.

Welfare money is a support net to help people between jobs, the money they recieve is supposed to be for necessities like food,not fags,booze and Sky telly.The lefties dont like the truth,yet as previously said on here,the truth is SOME welfare claimants smoke,booze and have Sky.....Its a fact.
