I gave up on QoS long ago, when it changed from a serious quiz presented in a light-hearted manner into a Banter-fest. God, how I hate "banter". Few people are capable of doing "light-hearted" now, and few viewers seem to want it.

A hundred-year old man writes: David Coleman, Cliff Morgan and Henry Cooper; they'll do for me.

Do they still have that round where they have to guess the sports personality buy feeling them?

That was They Think It's All Over
QOS had a similar(ish) round where they had to guess the mystery sportsman.

Yep, that was filmed externally, wasn't it, with lots of out-of-focus shots or extreme close-ups etc

It finished in about 2004, the new BBC Chief Executive thought it was too blokey and ditched it, the horrible bitch. Nick Hancock made a few digs at Sue Barker. Respect to him for that.

But the right have run the country for the last decade plus.

Run it into the ground with the the help of the press barons who've managed to convince a good portion of the country that 'the left' is the problem
