The big telly game this Sunday....
Wigan Athletic v Leeds United
1.00 kick off.
Shades of the FA Cup sixth round in 1987 when the game was a 12 noon kick off on Sunday.
Wasn't due to Sky telly back then,the police put a two mile exclusion zone around Springfield Park, keeping out anyone without a ticket.

The Wigan Athletic takeover was finally completed today when a group of Hong Kong billionaire's (IEC) took control of the club.

I wouldn't throw your hat in the air just yet, all that money won't guarantee anything. The Chinese invasion can't be heralded as a success just yet, but a start would be for them to learn the first thing about football.
They have fucked my club up the arse for two years so far.
