Re: Guilty musical pleasures
Today this morning in Deal, Kent. My morning stroll took me past the independent record shop/craft beer emporium. It was closed. 10 minutes later on my return past the shop it was open and I entered to the blasting, full-volume sound of a Frank Sinatra live recording. "Sorry", came a voice from the gloom and the sound was turned down.
As my eyes adjusted I saw the person who had addressed me was a black gentleman with rasta locks, presumably the owner of the joint. I think I caught him enjoying a guilty pleasure - Frank Sinatra - before he had to start doing his hipster rasta-dude persona. He probably thought no one would come in that early.

Las Ketchup-The Ketchup song
I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

Re: Guilty musical pleasures
I like Taylor Swift.
Liked her when she was a kid, winning awards at the CMA before crossing over to pop.
Her pop music is harmless easy listening.

Alex Young, Howard Kendall, Andy King, Timmy Cahill, Dixie Dean and Mike Parry.....we'll never see the likes of them again.

I prefer Katy Perry to Taylor swift. Swift was never a proper country artist in my eyes.

Brilliant song.
Spanish Johnny drove in, from the underworld last night, with bruised arms and broken rhythm and a beat up old Buick but dressed just like dynamite!
