Good advice I will try and adopt it

And remember del, we all have bad days here. I’ve had fights with others in my time here but there’s no harm in taking some time out, getting away from the forum and come back when you feel refreshed and happy to post again. Just don’t let it eat you up. It’s not all binary and you get on well with a lot of us posting about football and light hearted matters. We all need to really use this place for a laugh and as a release from the outside world.

Don’t take it to heart and join in. Give it out and take it then move on. True there are a few pompous nobends on this section who aren’t going to change but a lot of us are OK.
