I'm sure I've said this before, but if it's a "soft" penalty it's worth putting a small bet on the penalty not being scored, if you can get in quick enough. It's as if the penalty-taker is a bit embarrassed, and his heart really isn't in it.
That's actually to their credit, though, when you think about it.
