Surprised City got into this chase for him, didn't think it was their style unless they are desperate for English squad members as part of the quota. Can't help thinking sticky Sullivan has got his paw prints all over this.

Maddison will be a good move for spurs. Maybe they could go for Ollie Watkins to if Kane goes

Watkins? We’d want £100m for him. He won’t want to leave an upcoming club like Villa with one of the best coaches in the world for a breadbasket of a club like Spuds.

The prices , especially for midfielders, have been increased after Chelsea spent over £100m on Fernandes. Good player, but probably worth £50-60m.

Part of the push for Rice must originate in the fact that he is "home-grown" and that's important in constructing a squad.

Yes

Tell me do YOU think he was worth £100m plus?
Or Mudryk £80m?
Or Cucurella £60m?

I know he's recently learned how to pass the ball forward and more than 5 yards, but £100m+
