Re: Cinema food
My last film at the flix was Color of Money
I have greatest respect for Rugby Union, they started it mid-way through the 19th century. Thankfully we grabbed it and turned it into a spectacle on 29th August 1895

I preferred it in the old days when you could buy an ice cream or drink from an usher so you didn't have to miss any of your movie.

If the coin is right, you can do anything, Higgins. Savoy in Nottingham used to have a break for toileting and ushers seeling wares until recently. Still has a few double seats.
Maybe she's born with it, maybe it's Maybelline.

We used to have a lovely Art Deco cinema in Northampton, now it's a Jesus army centre. It's nice when you find little independent cinemas

Was a shame when that cinema underwent "conversion". Have you tried the Errol Flynn cinema? They seem to show some interesting films and the tickets are reasonably priced.

This.
Full of fucking fidgeting loud cunts looking at their phones and fucking rustling their popcorn boxes, who probably need to be set alight.
Stay home as Eastie says.
Grab a takeaway, fire up your streaming service of choice, voila! No interaction with scum.

What a depressing existence to not delight in the joy of cinema.

Re: Cinema food
The cinema is a nice idea tbf .. and got to show willing every decade or so with humility. Well hey listen forget the food and the general noise it's the size of the screen and the diabolical sound effects. I can't take it seriously .. ok I went to see 3 billboards and maybe if it wasn't at the cinema I dunno. I thought it was fucking shite .. the Picture House Hackney. Zero stars so I dunno maybes Netflix . ah bollocks to it leave it to the young'uns .. hopefully they can have a good night out tbf.

Is that right? For all films or just certain ones? Fuck me, Norwich is getting a bit la-de-da. There was a cinema in Clapham I used to go to with my now incredibly successful author and broadcaster ex. Fuck, as a working class lad it did my head in a bit mixing with the fucking media types. Maybe I should have bitten the bullet and slid into the whole 'look at me' scene and grown a beard and bought stupid specs rather than drinking spesh on a bench in Norfolk as the bitter wind rakes my soul. I stand by my choice.
